[Nml-wg] SML

At OGF19 I've had several chats in which SML came across as adding
some value to the NML thrust.

The attached document makes some interesting contributions in
establishing references among XML documents and making assertions.

I'd be interested in discussing how RDF/OWL and SML relate to one
another vis a vis with the NML goals.
