[nm-wg] provisional GGF18 schedule

Greetings,

The provisional schedule for GGF18 (Washington DC, Monday September 11th - Thursday 14th) is now available. We've been given the following slots:

Tuesday September 11th:
- 10:00 - 11:30, Network Measurements #1
- 13:30 - 15:30, Network Measurements #2
- 16:00 - 17:30, Network Measurements #3

Wednesday September 12th:
- 16:00 - 17:30, Network Measurements #4

Thursday September 13th:
- 09:00 - 11:00, Network Measurements Final

The final session is for us to feedback our progress to the wider Grid community, so we don't have to all stay for that, providing someone is there to give a talk and answer questions. Sessions 1-4 are for our detailed design work. I imagine that some people will fly in for just the nm-wg sessions, so it's a shame that session #3 and #4 are 24 hours apart. Please let me know if this is going to be a problem, and I'll ask for #4 to be moved (or even cancelled!).
