[jsdl-wg] First JSDL Telecon in 2011

Thanks for the input Etienne.  The GLUE2 attributes for usage inside  
JSDL should be brought up during the "JSDL Planning for 2011" point of  
the discussion on Wednesday.  As for screen and type, I'd prefer to  
stick with Glance for now as it's a proven technology for those  
activities.  If we have problems, we can switch over.
