Etienne,

Thanks for letting me know about these two problems. The first is indeed an 
error on my part. I was thinking in terms of Eastern time which is 1000, but 
then tacked on UTC without converting. It should in fact be 1500 UTC. Thanks 
for pointing that out.

The other problem I'm assuming is an email formatting error unfortunately. 
There are in fact two exclamation points in the password, but there should 
be no whitespace of any kind between them and the following letters. Sorry 
for the confusion there -- not sure why it got formatted that way.
