Oxana,
That is because we do not support SRM or GridFTP. We use scp in place of
gridFTP, most all of our users have scp on their machine - installing
GridFTP as a prerequisite is seen as to high a bar.

On the other hand, you can get the sources and add those boxes yourself (and
put it back into the repository).

Thank you, Mark - a nice tool indeed. I just submitted a generated file 
as is to ARC, all worked fine except that the tool did not add the 
"Arguments" block, and SRM and GridFTP stage in/out protocols are sorely 
missing.

Oh, and the pop-up explaining the Arguments field disappears too soon 
for me to read :-(
