[jsdl-wg] OGF21 sessions

As discussed on last week's call we are planning three sessions for
OGF21. I'll be submitting the session requests tomorrow.

In outline:

* Session 1
  - JSDL 1.0 Implementations/Experience presentations
  - XQuery, Parameter Sweep Extensions

* Session 2
   - (Extensions (if needed))
   - JSDL 2

* Session 3
   Instance schema: Invited presentations on instance schema work
     and requirements
     Discussion of next steps

We'll be discussing agendas in more detail later on, so things may
change a bit by OF21.
