[jsdl-wg] Bulk job submission using JSDL

As Michel said, it is the responsibility of the submission API the
support array jobs. If you want to use a standardized job submission
API, you can check OGSA HPC Basic Profile, DRMAA or SAGA, which all
support bulk job submission.
Only OGSA HPCP supports JSDL job description so far. DRMAA and SAGA
still have their own way of describing the job details. The GridWay
people implemented most of these specs, so this project might be
interesting for you.
