[jsdl-wg] Bulk job submission using JSDL

Hi Nicholas,

this is not possible with the JSDL language.

JSDL defines the language to express the properties of a a single job  
to execute. Whether this description is used to execute a job once,  
or many times, is out of scope for JSDL.

You may want to, however, define your own representation which may  
represent this attribute. Such extension may be an XML snippet to be  
composed *into* a JSDL document, or a XML element that *encloses* a  
JSDL document.
