[jsdl-wg] GGF13 Sessions' notes, Spec and Schema

Andreas, all,

The spec with comments and notes are now on GridForge under the GGF13
folder. The latest version of the Spec in under Session4 - clearly some
tidying and refactoring required to make comments global etc.

Many thanks for everyone's extremely useful input at the meeting. Hope you
all stay tuned to help finish v1.0.
