Minutes from the INFOD conference call on Thursday, June 28 2007 @ 8 am PDT:

Participants:  Dieter, Raghul, Steve and Vijay

Discussions:

    * *Report about UTK activities*
          o The majority of the specification are now implemented
          o There is still work on error codes to do
          o The 'DISABLE NEW' support will remain and is considered to
            be useful. A possible implementation is to add a VALID-FROM
            and a VALID-TO field to (all?) registry elements and have a
            STILL-VALID and a TIME-OVERLAP check when constraints are
            evaluated
    * *Managing Subscription*, with focus on dynamic consumers
          o The discussion is re-scheduled for July 12
    * *Next specification*
          o Publishers, consumers and subscribers will be associated to
            a disseminator - the local disseminator
          o Policies about the interaction with publishers, consumers
            and subscriber associated to an other disseminator will be
            controlled by the local disseminator 
    * *Action items*: For the latest status please refer to the
      following documents in the /Current Drafts/ folder:
          o INFOD Current Actions
          o INFOD Closed Actions

The next conference call is scheduled for Thursday, July 5 2007 @ 8 am PDT.
