Discussions:

    * *Report about UTK activities*
          o The current work is focused on the GetMetaData interface
          o We need a very short speech (/elevator speech/)  for INFOD
          o There is an issue with dynamic consumers: A change in the
            registry created a new dynamic consumer for an existing
            message. How does the publisher become aware of that new
            dynamic consumers?
    * *Next specification*
          o We should add one new object type only - disseminators. We
            should focus on first studying visibility (of publishers and
            consumers), communication patterns and extensibility
          o POBoxes may not be needed
    * *Action items*: For the latest status please refer to the
      following documents in the /Current Drafts/ folder:
          o INFOD Current Actions
          o INFOD Closed Actions
