          o All vocabulary names starting with $$infod will be reserved

          o Update chapter 3 notification - Vijay
          o Restructure chapter 3 - Dieter 
          o Improve description of conditions for notification in
            chapter 3 - Dieter
          o Fix Chapter 5 figure 6 - Ronny
