[INFOD-WG] New co-chair

You just received the e-mail that Susan is stepping down as co-chair.  I 
think we all agree that she did a tremendous job and we like to that her 
for all she did for the INFOD group.

Susan announced her decision during the F2F meeting in Reston. I asked 
the group to elect a new co-chair. The group elected Steve - 
congratulations.

I waited for Susan's e-mail of resignation before communicating this to 
the e-mail list.
