Discussion items:

    * Goals: The participants came to an agreement about the goals;
      Steve will capture the result of the discussion.
    * The tentative location and date for the F2F is New York, May 15 to
      17, the week after GGF17
    * There will be no conference call next Thursday - 3/16.
