[infod-wg] Apologies and WSN

Sorry I missed the call yesterday.
As agreed I've asked for an INFOD session at GGF 14.
WSN and WSRF F2F meetings were happening this week. Some new documents and 
proposals have appeared - More material to be posted next week.
WSN highlights include a pull proposal, and further work on topics.
(Yes work on WSN filter unification as mentioned in  yesterday's INFOD 
minutes was initiated at a WSN F2F some time ago).
