Minutes InfoD Call – 12/22/05

1.	Went through the current actions
2.	Chris: Does the registry need an object 'publisher' or just a list of publications with contact information (EPR)?
-	How does the registry know where to send the publication?
-	Who creates/assigns EPR (RM or publisher)
-	Two problems: Unique ID creation (-> responsibility of RM) and how can I reach you? (-> responsibility of publisher/subscriber)
-	Proposition: extend api to hold one more EPR for the request
3.	Chris: clarification of notification system request
-	When does the registry notify whenever there is a change? 
-	There is an action item which Dieter and Shailendra will take and extend the meta-structure which holds the payload (Cecile to send information to Dieter)
