[GSA-RG] Minutes from OGF 24 session

please find a first outline of the interop. document on GridForge
http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/doc15357?nav=1. Alexander and I have
thrown all the old stuff away and plan to progress soon with scenario
and use cases.
