[GSA-RG] Minutes from OGF 24 session

Dear All,

this OGF, we scheduled a session to discuss whether the current roadmap
the GSA-RG has is the right one and why we lack progress for some time now.

Please find the results of this dicussion attached.

The followig decisions have been made:
- Strengthen leadership (thanks Alexander)
- Continue with the interop. use case
- Update roadmap (and stick to it)

ps As a first result, Alexander and I are currently working on the next
steps.
