[GSA-RG] Proposal for a new structure of the GSA Requirements document

Hi Philipp, Alexander, and all,

Please find attached first input to the sections I was assigned to.

Regarding the structure of the requirements document, I agree with  
this approach since we planned to focus on investigating which  
existing specifications can be used to meet the requirements.  
Hopefully, this should lead to identification of gaps and  
recommendations. I feel that these simple use-cases will be very  
important for this work. Therefore, we should ensure that we include  
the most important and representative ones. In addition to those  
proposed, I think we should also add co-allocation of resources which  
is important Grid scheduling scenario and may have consequences for  
protocols and interfaces. Another one is scheduling with QoS (using  
reservation and agreements), however, we can include it to co- 
allocation or workflow use-cases. Anyway we can discuss it during the  
Thursday's session.
