[GSA-RG] GridGateWay 1.0 to build federated grid infrastructures

Dear friends,

The GridWay Project is pleased to announce that a stable release (1.0) 
of GridGateWay is available for download under the terms of the Apache 
License, Version 2.0.

GridGateWay software contains a new Globus WS-GRAM scheduler plugin to 
interface with the GridWay Metascheduler so that jobs submitted to the 
GRAM service are automatically given to the metascheduler and so 
transferred to a federated Globus grid. Such adapter mainly consists of 
the following modules:

- GRAM4 job manager adapter that interfaces between Globus Toolkit and 
GridWay.
- GRAM4 scheduler event generator that uses GridWay log files to track 
job events.
- MDS4 scheduler information provider that supplies information about 
the federated grid resources collected from the GridWay Metascheduler.

In the future, more components to enable Grid-based Utility Computing 
will be developed.
