[gsa-rg] Slide for the steps of Grid scheduler interaction

Dear Ignacio,

we follow a similar approach in the Metascheduling Service, however,
due to the different local scheduling systems we have adapters
between the MSS and these schedulers. For the communication between
the schedulers and the MSS we use the same protocol and interface
as between different instances of the MSS.
