Hi : Just to check,

Can I concentrate on the 2nd round of Public Comments or would it
be necessary to address the first round also?

#My memory being as bad as it is, it would be easier to concentrate on 
#the 2nd round but if necessary, I can try the first round as well.

#I just want to avoid unnecessary work ;-)
