Folks,

Feb. 21 is a holiday in the US, so I will not be available to set up a 
telecon.  I suggest that we have the call this week on Wed. (Thurs. 
morning in Asia) instead at the same time of day.  Unless many people 
say they will not be able to make it at this time, I will go ahead and 
set-up the call then.
