Hello:
One minor editorial issue is that

9.2.2	Resource Property wsag:Template
has been pushed to a part of
9.2	Port Type wsag:PendingAgreementFactory

But I think this also applies to,
9.1	Port Type wsag:AgreementFactory
as well.
Is there any way to merge the two port types?
