Hi: I read the updated document ( FYI Netscape doesn't seem to work IE 
6.0 does...)

I concentrated on the asynchorous part so, my comments opnly apply to 
the asynchronous part.


I think Section 8 8	Acceptance Model really clears up the various
scenarios..

My two cents' worth would be to comment on that
9.3 9.3	Port Type wsag:AgreementAcceptance
It might be safer to mention that this is a porttype on the Agreement 
Initiator side..
