[glue-wg] how to commit to GLUE2 github?

Dear Florido,

Unless you are a maintainer, I would clone the repository into your own 
space on github, and make a pull request.

This encourages code review and is a good way of contributors 
contributing without the confusion caused by mixing contributors and 
maintainers.
