[glue-wg] Draft SE Schema

Hi,

Please find attached an initial draft of the SE schema. This is an attempt
to consolidate all the input which I have received.  It is important that we
define the main entities and the relationship between those entities as soon
as possible, so please focus on that rather than the individual attributes.
The attributes should be used as a guide to what the main entities are. I
will arrange a phone conference next Thursday 31 May, so that we can dicuss
this futher.
