Please notice that the definition of computing resource and computing element
was changed in the recent draft: The computing element does not represent an
LRMS any longer, the LRMS specific info was moved to the computing resource 
entity. The element is now a grouping object for services and resources.

in a previous mail of yours you asked:

is this question still relevant in view of the altered definitions and Sergio's 
explanation?
