[gin] OGF24 - GIN - Session I: Call For Participation

Dear GIN team,

  we have two sessions @ OGF24. One rather general session as update of
numerous interop activities and another session that works in detail on
"constrained delegation" issues identified at OGF23.

... is still some slot available for those of you that would like to talk
shortly about your interop activities in Singapore. So far, we have two
items, but one or two more short items should be ok.
