[gin] Account on GIN Wiki

You create an account by going to http://forge.ggf.org/sf/sfmain/do/ 
createUser
and creating a GridForge account. Once you've got one of those (and  
are logged in) you should be good to go.

You're right, that's not obvious from the Wiki pages so I'll add that  
note in...
