[gin] Account on GIN Wiki

Hi

As part of my effort towards GIN, I am working on interoperability  
between OSG and PRAGMA grids. I would like to request an account on  
the GIN Wiki so that I can post the updates on the webpage.

Please note I had sent an email earlier aswell (to gin-owner at ogf.org)  
but did not receive any reply.
