[gin-ops] Draft GIN Paper for e-Science 2007

Thank you, Morris, for the relieve :-)
I thought we were expected to supply the section by tomorrow.
Hopefully I have not caused everyone in gin-ops to panic. :-)
Looking forward to see the new version and will try to help what I can.
