[gin-ops] start Savannah run

Cindy,

I'm trying to get the Monash University CA accepted on the UC/ANL
TeraGrid cluster.  Once that is done if Colin's DN appears on the
http://kuiken.nikhef.nl/gin.ggf.org/grid-mapfile page he will be
set to access the UC/ANL TeraGrid resource.
