[gin-ops] Welcome OSG to our GIN testbed!

Dear all,

I'm very happy to inform you that Open Science Grid (OSG) 
has joined our GIN testbed. Ruth Pordes, Frank Wuerthwein 
and Abhishek Singh Rana have joined gin-ops working team.
They have quickly got their cluster ready, passed initial
infrastructure setup tests
(http://goc.pragma-grid.net/cgi-bin/scmsweb/probe.cgi), and working with
Yoshio and Yusuke
to deploy and run TDDFT application.
