This does not make sense at all!  Isn't extending Glue1.1 to make it 
look like Glue 1.2 identical to the Glue 1.2 schema??  There seem to be 
two options, update the existing providers to agree with Glue 1.2 or 
choose to use new information provider which already does this..

If Teragrid are using the old LDAP style providers. The easiest thing to 
do would be to move to the Generic Information Provider.
