[gin-data] first data steps

Hi,

I've uploaded a new version of our working document to the tracker: 
https://forge.gridforum.org/tracker/?aid=1721

In particular, I've added the description of the two islands and the 
first concrete tasks to be done (pp 4-6).

There are still a few names to be identified and some more detailed 
tasks need to be worked out. Please have a look and start adding your 
information to the document.

Apparently, gridforge will soon support wiki so we probably can move to 
a more collaborative tool than word soon ;-)
