[gin-auth] Size of GIN VO

Hi,

I don't want to be Big Brother or something like it but, there is a APAC 
Grid person on the list registered:

"/C=AU/O=APACGrid/OU=CSIRO/CN=Rhys Francis"  

According to my checks he is or was the IT department manager or something similar.
