[ghpn-wg] Fwd: [graap-wg] FYI, WS-Agreement Ontology at U of Georgia

Very interesting work building upon WS-Agreement. The QoS 
schema/ontologies appear to be directly applicable to WS-Agreement 
derivations for the networking domain.
