[gfs-wg] Proposed Final Draft for RNS v1.0

Hello All,

The latest draft of the RNS specification is now posted to GridForge and
ready for review and comments.  Please send any comments and/or questions
to the mailing list as soon as possible as we need to move forward in the
submission process before GGF14.

This revision expounds a number of sections and offers enhanced
clarification.  It attempts to provide a more complete specification of
operations, messages, and semantics.  The following is a basic list of the
major areas of improvement:
- Clarified the behavior of the list() operation
  - Behavior when attempting to list entries other than virtual directories
  - IteratorContext for listing large lists
  - Implicit/Explicit iteration
- Specification of the referral mechanism
- Update semantics
- Expounded the description of RNS repository distribution
- Added specification of response messages and embodied properties
- Added the OpenContext operation
