[gfs-wg] GFS Architecture Workbook 1.0

The GFS Architecture Workbook is attached. This will be submitted soon
to the GFSG for review. It will go through a 30 day public review period
before it can be made as official "Informational" document.

Any comments or suggestions welcome. Please note the glossary section
that has been added to introduce the new terms/concepts.
