[gesa-wg] Group to continue (for the near future)!

I will revise the document when I get back from Germany (Jul 10th),  
and submit it to the editor during the following week.

I guess the publication as the GFD-I will depend mainly on the  
turnaround time for getting it into the comment period, but I see no  
reason that it should not be published before the next GGF.
