[et-cg] Policy for Supporting Grid Education document for comment

Dear Educators and Trainers,

Please find attached the draft Policy for Supporting Grid Education
document for review prior to submission to the OGF editorial process.

This document has been worked on for some time through the Education and
Training Community Group and also other fora such as the
eInfrastructures Reflection Group (e-IRG) Education and Training Task
Force (ETTF).

As agreed at OGF22 we will now begin a two-week review period via the ET-CG
mailing list before we submit the document, you are all encouraged to
read and comment on the document in order to ensure that we submit the
best possible document for publication.  Input from non-European members
would be particularly useful as much of the input so far has come from
within Europe.

There are a few of the standard OGF sections such as the IPR statement
and disclaimer which will be filled in later, so don't worry about
those, it's really the body of the text on which we need feedback.
