[et-cg] Minutes of the OGF22 ET-CG sessions

Dear Educators and Trainers,

Please find attached the minutes of the four Education and Training
Community Group sessions held at OGF22 in Boston.

I've listed the updates which we agreed should be made to the documents
along with a few other actions which were suggested.  Some of the
document updates have already been made but others are ongoing.  Once
the necessary updates have been made the documents will be sent to the
list for review before being submitted to the OGF editorial process.

As always, if there are any corrections which you would like to see made
to the minutes please let me know.
