[DRMAA-WG] OCCI DRMAA

Probably interesting for anybody who is interested in the user 
view of a DRMAA2 API: Last year I distilled user man pages of
the DRMAA2 C API functions from Grid Engine point of view.
Note that their are in pre-alpha state. They can be publicly 
accessed here:
