the bi-weekly DRMAA call is scheduled on Nov 18th, 2008. The UTC meeting 
time was shifted by an hour, in order to keep your local appointment 
time with the recent summer time shift.  So if I got it right, the 
meeting starts at

17:00 UTC == 18:00 CET (Berlin/Poland time) == 9:00 PST (Vancouver time)
