[DRMAA-WG] Java Language Binding 0.7

All,

Turns out I'm more obsessive than I realized. :)  Attached is the 0.7 
spec with the new OGF document format applied.

As soon as we resolve the yet-to-be-disclosed open issues, I'm ready to 
call this beggar 1.0.
