[DFDL-WG] DFDL Workgroup Meeting 2024-03-14 - note time due to US change to daylight time

Mike, US is now on DST but UK is not yet, so only 4 hours difference. 16:00
UTC is therefore 12:00 EDT. My calendar says the call starts at 15:00 UTC
(11:00 EDT) so I will be dialling in then .
