[DFDL-WG] DFDL schemas for UN/EDIFACT (D03B Supply Chain) published on GitHub

I have published some UN/EDIFACT DFDL schemas at 
http://dfdlschemas.github.io/EDIFACT/. 

Due to the size of EDIFACT and the number of releases, I have initially 
only published a set of commonly used Supply Chain messages for release 
D03B. This includes messages like ORDERS and INVOIC.  Other messages and 
releases are available from IBM.

The direct repo URL is https://github.com/DFDLSchemas/EDIFACT.
