[DFDL-WG] Binary decimal virtual point - name wrong

Subject:        Binary decimal virtual point - name wrong


The correct name of this property is dfdl:binaryDecimalVirtualPoint. There 
are several places in the spec where this is mis-named:
- 13.7.1.1: dfdl:binaryVirtualDecimalPoint 
- 22.2.1: dfdl:decimalVirtualPoint  (x2 in the "calendar" section)
