[dfdl-wg] Proposal for the use of Variables in DFDL

Hi,
     Attached is a document that describes a proposal to use variables in 
DFDL. This came out of discussions on tracker item 1699 (Parameters and 
keying). 



I have also updated the documents on Choices and Wildcards to incorporate 
variables.
